Colloid Colors offers customization options for sneaker styles and designs. However, customization for laces or materials is not available at this time.
2. What print files I can upload for customization?
At Colloid Colors, we encourage your creativity. You can upload various design print files such as your favorite photos, images, pictures, artwork, text, or logos to create your unique custom printed sneakers. Please review our Design guidelines and policies for additional details.
3. What are the accepted file formats for print files?
Colloid Colors accepts common image file formats such as JPEG,JPG, PNG for design uploads. To ensure the best results, please adhere to the following guidelines when uploading your design file:
- Preferred file format: JPG ,JPEG or PNG.
- Min.150 DPI or High-resolution image (300 DPI or higher) for best print quality.
- Maximum file size: 10MB.
- Ensure your design fits & fully covers the designated print area of the sneakers.

Yes, Our mockup generator provides a real-time preview of your design on the sneakers. This allows you to visualize how your custom printed sneakers will look before making a purchase.
6. What is your return policy for custom sneakers?
Since each pair of custom sneakers is created specifically for you, unfortunately we cannot accept returns for design-related dissatisfaction unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We recommend verifying all design aspects and size selection before placing your order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. 7. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once your order is placed and the design is confirmed, our team will start the production process. We normally take 5 to 7 days for producing your custom sneakers . For shipping, we offer both Expedited & Standard shipping methods using FedEx-US, FedEx, DHL services .Please review our shipping policy for additional details. You can always track your order using tracking number.
9. Do Colloid Colors offers international shipping?
Yes ,We do offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your country for shipping options. Please note that additional customs fees or duties may apply for international shipping based on country where order is being shipped.
