• Each pair of sneakers at Colloid Colors is customized specifically for the buyer. As a result, we require a certain amount of time to process and create your unique sneakers.
• The average processing time for orders is 5-7 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods:

• We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your sneakers are delivered safely and on time.
• We offer standard shipping for all orders within United States. and utilize express shipping for international orders.
• The estimated shipping timeframes are as follows:
• Expedited (Express/Fast) Shipping:  5-8 business days.
• Standard Shipping:  8-14 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
• You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
• Please allow a few business days for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Fees:

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders within united states*
• For international orders or expedited shipping, additional shipping fees may apply. The exact fee will be calculated during the checkout process based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
